Walkthrough

    Defeat the bandits at the "ls" node and talk to Tarquin to advance the [Mercenary Recruit] sidequest.

    Return to the "Castle Sewers" node and talk to Liese in the northwest corner of the Downtown area.

    Choose to "Leave it to her" to unlock the [Chains of Hatred] ending.

    Alternatively, return to the decision point and choose to "Believe in him" to advance the [Mankind & Beastkind] sidequest.

    Talk to the soldier by the save point on Main Street to complete the [Mankind & Beastkind] sidequest and receive the PROMISED KNIFE (ATK+27/MAG+75/HP-30, equip on Aht).

    Return to "The Resistance" node and talk to Will, giving him the Sand Sword and receiving 1500 G.

    Continue the plot to the "Capital in Flames" node at Granorg.

    Walk north until you automatically talk to Will to unlock the [Will's Sword] node.

    Return to the "Wounded Otto" node and continue the plot through the Sand Fortress to unlock the [Will to the Rescue] node.

    Return to the "Waiting at Skalla" node and proceed to Skalla.

    Talk to Tarquin to advance the [Mercenary Recruit] sidequest.

    Proceed with events until you make it back to the Abyssia Forest.

    Follow the lower path east one screen to a fork. Head east to see Liese's relationship status, or head north.

    Follow the left path to the next area and open the chest for a HEALING FRUIT.

    Go back to the fork and take the right path.

    After clearing enemies at the next fork, move the barrel behind the trees on the lower left side down to the rocks to access a small area.

    Continue east to a long road of tall grass. At the end, open the chest for 2 TORNIQUETS.

    Return to the last fork and follow the northern path to the ruins. Rest at Skalla before entering.

Walkthrough

    Upon entering the ruins, kill a lot of Gutrals. Head up as far as possible.

    Step on the lowest of the three small squares in the middle of the hall until an ! appears above Stocke's head.

    Push the switch on the floor panel to open the door where the map begins.
  4. 4
    From the four-way intersection, head all the way to the right.

    Continue up the steps to the right and up to find a hidden chest with 4000 G.

    Go back down the steps and up through a small, hard-to-see dark passage.

    At the end, on an isolated platform, open a chest containing the SNOW WHITE (ATK+11/MAG+32/MDF+26, sell).

    Return to the intersection and follow the upper path to a similar platform with a hidden chest containing the EXPERT FIST.

    Follow the lower path to a similar platform with a chest containing the CELESTIAL DEW.

    Follow the upper path again to a platform with a chest containing the DIVINE PACT.

    Follow the lower path again to a platform with a chest containing DIVINE WATER.

    Follow the upper path again to a platform with a chest containing SPECIAL TEA x2.

    Return to the intersection and head left.
