The goal for Haunted Harbor is to have at least 1,200 guests in your park by the end of October, Year 3, with a park rating of at least 600.

You start with 205 guests and a park rating that needs to be improved.

The park is open at the start.

You have a starting loan of $5,000, with a maximum loan of $15,000.

Starting staff includes 2 Handymen and 1 Mechanic.

There is no land available to buy, and no construction rights available to buy.

You have access to a variety of rides, including Wooden Side Friction, Virginia Reel, Wooden, Wooden Twister, Wooden Crazy Rodent roller coasters, Scrambled Eggs and Log Flume thrill rides, and gentle rides like Cycle Railway, Crooked House, Ferris Wheel, Merry Go Round, Car Ride, Spiral Slide, Space Rings, and Ghost Train.

Available shops and stalls include Ice Cream Stall, Fries Stall, Drink Stall, Balloon Stall, and Information Kiosk, along with a Bathroom.

Scenery and theming options are also available.

New rides can be researched, including several roller coasters like the Heartline Twister Roller Coaster and the Steel Twister Roller Coaster, as well as Flying Saucers.

Two rides, the Ghost Train and the Wooden Twister Roller Coaster (Woodpecker), are preserved and cannot be torn down or altered.

The Ghost Train has an excitement rating of 4.18, intensity of 0.45, and nausea of 0.32. It has a maximum speed of 18 MPH, average speed of 5 MPH, and a ride time of 1 minute, 7 seconds over 728 feet.

The Woodpecker roller coaster has an excitement rating of 7.12, intensity of 7.69, and nausea of 4.37. It reaches a maximum speed of 45 MPH, average speed of 18 MPH, and has a ride time of 57 seconds over 2,021 feet.

If the preserved rides crash, you will incur a loss in park rating and guest count as they cannot be removed.

Land and construction rights are available to buy in this park at a cost of $25 per square for land and $20 per square for construction rights.

Achieving 1,200 guests within the 3 years provided should be manageable.
