Kuroki's relentless swordplay is the primary obstacle. Her rapid combos, lunging thrusts, and sweeping attacks are designed to overwhelm and punish aggression. In a pacifist run, your sole focus is on avoiding damage. This means mastering the dodge mechanic to an almost supernatural degree.

Every one of Kuroki's attacks must be dodged. This includes her standard combos, her leaping dive, and her charged sword strikes. The timing for each dodge is critical. You'll need to practice extensively to recognize the subtle tells for each attack and react accordingly.
