In the brutal world of Sifu, environmental interaction is key to survival. Among the most versatile tools at your disposal are thrown objects, ranging from common bottles to sturdy bricks. These items can be picked up and hurled at enemies to stagger them, interrupt their attacks, or even deal significant damage, especially when they're already low on Structure. Mastering the art of throwing can turn the tide of any encounter, providing crucial breathing room or a decisive blow.

To pick up a throwable object, approach it and press the designated interaction button (usually Triangle on PlayStation, Y on Xbox, or the corresponding key on PC). Once in hand, you can either throw it immediately by pressing the dedicated throw button (often R1 on PlayStation, RB on Xbox, or a specific mouse button/key) or hold the throw button to aim. Aiming allows you to arc your throw, hitting enemies at a distance or targeting specific weak points. Different objects have varying trajectories and impact forces. Bottles, for instance, are faster but break on impact, while bricks are slower but can be thrown multiple times before shattering, making them ideal for sustained pressure.
