From the Engine Room, go to the door at the far end on the left, which leads into a small room.

You will find four accessible reactors, each with a terminal displaying its current coolant efficiency and reactor temperature. Initially, coolant efficiency is at 99% and reactor temperature is steady.

Interact with a reactor terminal and pull out one of the cables. This will reduce the coolant efficiency to 81%.

Pulling a second cable will drop the efficiency to 68% and display a reactor service message.

Warning: Pulling a third cable will cause an explosion.

Immediately after the explosion, the ship will automatically enter abandon ship mode. The BRUTE (a type of enemy) teleports into the Engine Room.

Turn around and run out of the Engine Room, then proceed down the stairs.

Exit the Cargo Bay and run back to the Bridge.

Follow the red lights on the floor, which will guide you back to the Emergency Vessel.

Run up the steps on the left to board the Emergency Vessel.
