Alright, Tarnished! So you've made your way south from Limgrave and found yourself in the Weeping Peninsula. It's a bit of a gloomy place, isn't it? Named for the constant rain, it really does feel like the land itself is crying. Let's talk about the folks you'll meet here. First up, the most important figure in the south is Castellan Edgar. He's in charge of Castle Morne, which is way down at the southern tip of the peninsula. Now, Castle Morne isn't exactly in great shape. It had a big revolt from its workers, the Misbegotten, and things have been pretty chaotic ever since. You might also hear tales of a revenger who fought Godfrey, First Elden Lord there ages ago, but Edgar's the one you'll deal with now, appointed by Godrick the Grafted. Keep an eye out for the Misbegotten themselves. They're the ones who caused the ruckus at Castle Morne. You'll run into them in various places. As you explore, you'll also come across Mausoleum Soldiers who are guarding areas like the Fourth Church of Marika and the Tombsward region. Speaking of Tombsward, you might hear the solemn tolling of a Wandering Mausoleum out on the plains there. And while not exactly friendly faces, you'll definitely encounter the Erdtree Guardians and Miranda Blossoms around the minor Erdtree and Church of Pilgrimage in the center of the peninsula. Just a heads-up, those Miranda Blossoms can be a bit... poisonous. There are also plenty of enemies like Putrid Corpses wandering the western beaches, so be ready for anything!
