Streets of Rage 4 Part 15 walkthrough covering Estel fight, sewer level with Gems and Big Bens, and the biker bar with Riders.

Walkthrough
  1. 1
Against Estel, you can use her Basic Combo-to-Hishousouzan-to-Special (-to-Star Move) or a running Hishousouzan or Chou Reppa Dan-to-Special (-to-Star Move). SOR3 Blaze's Blitzes can be followed with an Embukyaku. Early in the fight, try cherry tapping Estel (Jab, Jab, wait, Jab, Jab, wait…) until she calls for backup.
  2. 2
Later, Estel will call for backup and airstrikes. Avoid being knocked into enemies or rockets. Throwing a cop at her is an option.
  3. 3
Stage 5-1 takes place in a sewer. You will face Gems and Jays. SOR3 Blaze is effective here.
  4. 4
The mini-bosses in Stage 5-1 are Koobo and Big Ben (x1 on Easy/Normal/Hard, x2 on Hardest, x3 on Mania/Mania+).
  5. 5
Stage 5-2 takes place in a biker bar and features Riders (Sugar, Honey, Caramel).
  6. 6
Riders have difficult attacks, can stun you with kicks, have high health, and use piledrives and headbutt charges from various angles, sometimes off-screen. They can also juggle you with kicks and charges, and kick you while you are knocked down.
  7. 7
To deal with Riders: throw them at other Riders (watch for kicks), use weapons like broken pool cues to juggle them, or take them out one-by-one. SOR1 Blaze's punch has good reach. SOR2 Blaze's Elbow Strike can sometimes beat a Headbutt Charge. SOR4 Blaze's Rekkaken and Hishousouzan can stop a Headbutt Charge. SOR3 Blaze can use Hishousouzan or Chou Reppa Dan on charging Riders; Chou Reppa Dan offers a better chance of hitting.
  8. 8
If a Rider flashes red, she is about to pile-drive you. You can hit her with a full combo if safe, or a single jab if other enemies are present.
  9. 9
If a Rider appears off-screen, punch her first if you plan to grab and throw her, as it can be hard to tell if she's in Pile-drive Mode.
  10. 10
If you are low on health and facing Riders guarding a Large Health Item, use Star Moves.
  11. 11
In the first wave of Riders, an i-beam column on the left provides protection as no enemies spawn from that side.
  12. 12
After the first wave, you'll encounter Donnies with pool cues and an 8-ball. Save the 8-ball for the boss or Riders on harder difficulties. Save broken pool cues for Riders.
  13. 13
In this area, there is an arcade machine and a table with a taser.
  14. 14
To minimize the chance of breaking the arcade machine before accessing the bonus stage, fight your way to the lower right corner, away from the machine, to lure enemies.
Tips
  • SOR3 Blaze's Blitzes go great when followed with an Embukyaku.
  • If you have the chance to grab a cop and throw him at Estel, do it.
  • On harder difficulties, Gems can be flying all over the place in the sewer.
  • Use weapons like broken pool cues to juggle Riders to death.
  • If a Rider flashes red, she will walk straight towards you until she grabs you or you hit her.
  • If a Rider appears from offscreen, punch her first if you're planning on grabbing and throwing her.
  • If all else fails and you are down to your last life and a couple of hits away from death, and Riders are guarding the Large Health Item, use Star Moves.
  • Save the 8-ball for the boss or Riders on harder difficulties.
  • Save the broken pool cues for the Riders.
