BLOCK 2-1

As soon as you start, head forward. Keep an eye on the ground for ZOMBIE HANDS. They won't hurt you directly, but they'll grab you and hold you in place, which is the last thing you want. You'll also run into a new enemy called the PLANT MAN. They're pretty good at hiding in the background, so you'll need to be observant. The first one appears after you break the first two candles.

Continue on. After another two candles, you'll have the option to grab an AXE sub-weapon. A little further on, you'll encounter a SPIDER. These guys drop down from the screen and shoot smaller spiders at you. Your whip is great for defending against them, so just keep flailing if you need to block the projectiles.

Keep heading downhill. You'll meet another new enemy: the GOBLIN. They move slowly but will sometimes spin erratically. It's best to attack them from the ledges above to stay safe.

After dealing with the Goblins, head upwards. Jump up the ledges, but make sure you go LEFT to find a candle containing some MEAT.

Head back to the right and jump up more ledges. You'll find a group of SIX candles here, packed with lots of hearts. Grab them all!

Continue moving right. You'll face two more Plant Men and zombies that keep spawning. Be extra careful after you defeat the second Plant Man, because a Goblin is waiting to ambush you. It can easily catch you off guard if you're not ready for it!

Once you've dealt with that, just keep heading right to reach the next area.
