Land's End Hidden Treasure 1: First Area

Right at the start of Land's End, you'll see a cannon next to the save point. Hop in! When the cannon is pointing northeast, fire yourself off. You'll land on a ledge. Look for a yellow platform moving up and down. Ride it up, and at its highest point, jump again to snag a chest containing a Red Essence. Easy peasy!

Land's End Hidden Treasure 2: Second Area

Move into the next area and find the next cannon. Again, aim northeast. This time, you'll land in a hole. Take out the three Chow enemies that pop up. Once they're dealt with, jump at the southeast edge of the hole to reveal a hidden yellow platform. Head back to the cannon, fire yourself northeast once more, and you should land on that yellow platform. Ride it to a chest, and then jump to the higher ledge. In the northwest corner of this ledge, jump again to find another hidden treasure chest with a Croaka Cola inside.

Land's End Hidden Treasure 3: Fourth Area

Keep pushing forward through the next couple of rooms. You'll eventually reach an area with grass and red flowers. Don't worry about that just yet. Instead, take the lower path to the east. You'll find two purple flowers. Hop onto the first one, and then jump across to the second one. Right between these two flowers is a hidden treasure chest holding a Frog Coin.

Land's End Hidden Treasure 4: Sixth Area (Cave)

Just past where you found the last treasure, there's a secret path to the east. Follow it into the next area, then head northwest. You'll spot a dark, ominous hole in a rocky pillar. It might take a couple of tries, but jump into it! This will transport you to a cave system. Just follow the path until you see four crates stacked up on your right. Use them to jump up and grab the nearby chest for another Frog Coin. Keep going until you reach the northernmost corner, near a Chow. Jump here to find the last hidden treasure chest in this section, containing yet another Frog Coin.

Secret: Kero Sewers Secret Area Location - Cricket Jam

After grabbing that last treasure, head southeast into the next area. Follow the path clockwise, and you'll find a spring. Before you use it, there's a chest located above an arrow sign. Grab that first! Then, use the spring to reach the Kero Sewers Secret Area. Be careful with your jumps here, as falling means you'll have to backtrack. Stay on top of the pipe and let the Boo enemies attack you – they're just a minor annoyance here. Once they're dealt with, jump across two ledges to the southwest. The final chest in this secret area holds the Cricket Jam. This special item can be traded with Frogfucius in Tadpole Pond for 10 Frog Coins, so it's definitely worth the detour!
