Disable internal security hub: From the rooftop, head down the ramps. Kill the guard patrolling the lower level and take his CMP150. Go left at the end of the ramp and through the steel-grated door, then through the next door. Slowly descend the next ramp, kill the guard, and continue to the bottom. Locate the redish control panel and use your ECM Mines on it.

Obtain keycode necklace: Go through the steel-grated door on the far wall. Descend the ramps, eliminate the guard halfway down with your Silenced Falcon, and go through the door. Turn right, take out the guard ahead with a headshot (a shot that lands on the enemy's head, usually an instant kill), and deal with the reinforcements. Press the button on the desk. Proceed through the large doors near the glass elevator.

Disable external comms hub: Put away your weapons. Punch Cassandra and take the keycode necklace. Exit the room, go through the brownish door near the elevator, and ascend the stairs. Exit the elevator, turn right, and destroy the camera. Take the elevator on the left down, kill any guards, and go down the small flight of stairs. Enter the door on the right and place an ECM mine on the control panel.

Download project files: Head down the stairs you just used and continue to the bottom floor. Turn right, eliminate any guards, and go around the next corner through the large double-doors. Run down the hall and destroy the camera at the end. Enter the door and proceed until you reach two doors on the left; open the second one. After the conversation and subsequent fight, follow the man who runs to the elevator on the left. Activate the elevator. Once inside the room with control panels, equip your Data Uplink. When he signals, use the Data Uplink on the computer to download the files.

Gain entrance to the Laboratory: Find the elevator to the laboratory. Take a right at the bottom of the steps and enter a small room with a computer and desk. Locate the multi-colored wall and press B to reveal a hidden door. Eliminate all enemies inside and find the blue-ish elevator to complete the mission.
