[8.5]. Mission 5 - Crash Site: Confrontation (3)

Activate the distress beacon: Go right from the start, using the wall as a guide. Snipe the two guards with head-shots (a head-shot is a critical hit to an enemy's head, often resulting in instant death). Take their ammo. Head left past the left guard to find the escape capsule. Use the Action button (B) on it.

Retrieve the Presidential Medical Scanner: Head towards the crashed plane, killing any guards. To your right, near the plane, you will find a suitcase in the snow. Take it and equip it. Return to the capsule and face the plane.

Shut down the enemy jamming device: Turn from the capsule and follow the wall on your right. Kill any guards. Look for a small opening to the right and follow it to a tunnel entrance. Kill the guards there, then run left past the plane wheel above the pit. Follow the ledge to a large open field with trees. Avoid or destroy the automatic machine guns, then go left past a machine gun. You will find a crashed spaceship. Kill the guards, then place a Remote Mine on the front and wings of the spaceship. Back away and detonate them. Return to the plane wheel above the pit.

Retire the Presidential clone: From the wheel, go left and down into a cave. Equip nightvision (a type of goggles that allows you to see in the dark) and enter the cave, taking the right side. Kill the attacking guards; one is the Presidential Clone.

Locate and rescue the President: Exit the cave and turn to face it again, taking the left path. Follow it to the surface and turn off your night vision goggles. Shoot the flying robots outside. Exit the cave, go right, and you will see Trent and the President. Shoot Trent so he runs off. Search the area for a way to the main field, looking for the sun. Once in the field, protect the President and search the middle for Elvis's spaceship.
