Kiryu arrives in Jingaicho in The Lullaby of Life Chapter 3. Learn how to find milk, calm Haruto, and defeat the Masuzoe Family.

Walkthrough
  1. 1
Head east to the marker on the map to reach a bar and meet Kiyomi and Nagumo.
  2. 2
Fight Nagumo, dodging and countering. Watch for his wild swings when he pops Heat (a special state that enhances abilities).
  3. 3
Return to Kiyomi's bar; she has no leads on Haruka but offers a place to stay.
  4. 4
Head outside to meet Ino, who takes you to the old Navy Apartments.
  5. 5
After settling in, Haruto becomes fussy because you ran out of milk. Head outside to check the markers on your map.
  6. 6
While out, Haruto will get fussy. Follow the prompts and experiment with the four ways to calm him: Swing, Lift, Upsy-Daisy, and Rub. Observe Haruto's head movements and listen to his sounds to determine the correct action. Alternatively, wait a few seconds for Kiryu to use his psychic-baby powers.
  7. 7
Go to the northernmost marker (a young guy on his phone) who directs you to the pharmacy.
  8. 8
Head south and west to the pharmacy, which is closed. The owner says they are out of milk, but Ino might find some.
  9. 9
Return to Kiyomi's bar. She mentions the barber just had a baby. Head north to the barber shop.
  10. 10
Defeat the drunk man in the barber shop. Use Extreme Heat (a special state) right away to defeat him quickly.
  11. 11
Obtain the milk and return to the apartment.
  12. 12
The next morning, head back to Kiyomi's bar. You can pass off Haruto if you get into fights.
  13. 13
As you approach the bar, Nagumo, Rock-Face Matsunaga, and Captain Gorgeous Usami appear. Kiryu walks off while they perform their routine.
  14. 14
Continue to the bar. Kiyomi asks Kiryu to play baseball. Head north across the main road, then east to the taxi stand to find the Ropeway Station, where Kiyomi meets you.
  15. 15
Head to the field to play against the Jingai Thunders, featuring the Three Stooges.
  16. 16
After beanball play, Kiryu charges the mound. Defeat the Three Stooges, who are decent mini-bosses. When they pop Heat, they can set up combo moves if one grabs you. Focus on taking out one at a time.
  17. 17
Fast forward to the evening. Head to Kiyomi's bar again to see the aftermath from the prologue and meet Patriarch Masuzoe of the Masuzoe Family.
  18. 18
Kiryu tails Masuzoe and his group. Speak to people on the street for information on their whereabouts.
  19. 19
Follow the people; Ino finds you and tells you Nagumo was taken up the hill.
  20. 20
Head to the footpath by the Ropeway Station and go up Second Hill St. to the end. Torafuru from Kamurocho intercepts you and activates Troublr (a system for dealing with trouble) for the area.
  21. 21
    Continue up to Senkoji.
  22. 22
Head east to find Nagumo and prepare to fight the Masuzoe Family: Patriarch Masuzoe and four goons.
  23. 23
The goons are simple. Masuzoe has viper-like strikes. Use Heat Actions by grabbing a goon and hitting Masuzoe with them.
  24. 24
When Masuzoe is at half health, he calls his goons back up. Continue the pressure until he is defeated, ending the chapter.
Tips
  • When fighting Nagumo, watch for his wild swings when he enters Heat.
  • When calming Haruto, pay close attention to his head movements and sounds to determine the correct action.
  • When fighting the Three Stooges in baseball, focus on defeating one at a time rather than wearing them all down equally.
  • When fighting Patriarch Masuzoe and his goons, use the goons to deal damage to Masuzoe via Heat Actions.
  • Consider using Extreme Heat immediately when fighting the drunk in the barber shop for a quick victory.
