MedBays are crucial checkpoints in The Surge 2, allowing players to heal, level up, craft, and manage their gear. This guide details their locations and the progression through the game's main areas, focusing on how MedBays facilitate your journey.

Detention Center

1. Defeat Violent Vic.
2. Activate the Medbay to obtain the Exo-Rig.
3. Help Benjamin Bruke escape.
4. Defeat Warden Garcia.
5. Escape the building.

This initial area focuses on acquiring the Exo-Rig from a Medbay after defeating Violent Vic and then escaping after defeating Warden Garcia.

Downtown Jericho City

1. Descend the lift, activate the Medbay, and speak with Stranger.
2. Proceed to Canal Back Alleys to access the sewers.
3. Cross the river via pipes to reach All Saints BLVD.
4. Defeat enemies and witness the Strange Vision.
5. Continue through Welders Block to reach Seaside Court.

After leaving the Detention Center, you'll head towards Seaside Court. A Medbay is available after descending a lift, and another can be accessed after crossing the river.

Seaside Court

1. Activate the Medbay and interact with NPCs.
2. Obtain permission from Brother Eli to access Port Nixon.
3. Accept side-quests from Molly Fox and Rex.
4. Enter Port Nixon via the rear first-floor door.

Seaside Court is a safe zone. Activate the Medbay upon arrival and speak with Brother Eli for access to Port Nixon. Side quests from Molly Fox and Rex are also available here.

Port Nixon

1. Follow the path to the Medbay at Blue Sparkle Compound.
2. Navigate Residential Rooftops and Back Alleys, find Penny in the second building to complete 'Delicatessen'.
3. Return to the main street, reach Paper Street, and activate the path back to the Medbay at Blue Sparkle Compound.
4. Find Finn in Paper Street to complete 'A Simple Favor', then proceed to The Flooded Grounds.
5. Defeat enemies in The Flooded Grounds and activate a door leading back to the Medbay at Blue Sparkle Compound.
6. Enter the tunnel, use the magnetic lift, and deactivate the P.A.X. unit at the Ship Graveyard.
7. Return to the P.A.X. unit area, go right, ascend the ramp, defeat enemies, and activate a computer to lower a bridge to Terminal Z.
8. Find a loot cache and boxes; break the boxes to unlock a door leading back to the Medbay at Blue Sparkle Compound.
9. Jump below the loot cache room to access Little Johnny's boss area.
10. Defeat Little Johnny. Head back to Seaside Court, using the EMP-44 'Starfish' to open magnetic locks and obtain audiolog 'April's Fate' for the 'April's Fool' quest.
11. Defeat Brother Eli on your way back and enter Seaside Court.

Port Nixon involves navigating through various zones, with multiple Medbays available at the Blue Sparkle Compound. Key objectives include deactivating the P.A.X. unit, defeating Little Johnny, and collecting items for side quests.
