Act 5 - Scene 4: Extraction ( A5S4EXT )

You'll start by heading upstairs. As you round a corner, you'll see a large group of enemies. Your best bet here is to go for headshots and use frag grenades to deal with the shield guys trying to push through the doors. Keep an eye on your left flank, as more enemies will come through the windows. Wait for things to calm down a bit before sending your squad forward, as there's usually a straggler or two hiding somewhere.

Push into the next hallway. More enemies are coming, and be ready for some rappelling down. After that, head upstairs. You'll want to grab a sniper rifle from the available gear – it'll be super useful for what's coming up.

Now, this next part is a bit counter-intuitive. You'll see a door near some boxes and some stairs leading up. The natural instinct is to send your squad to the lower door and take the high ground yourself to deal with the gunner. Don't do that. Your squad is actually better at handling enemies from above, and you're better on the ground. So, stack your squad on the upper door and tell them to clear it out. They'll mostly just deal with the turret gunner.

While your squad is busy up top, you'll go through the bottom door. Take out the enemy directly in front of you, and if the shield guy is still around, try to get him too.

Now, command your team to take cover up there, and you'll need to move between the corners of the big block in front of you to take out the remaining enemies.

You'll face a couple more turret positions that will keep getting refilled, plus shield guys and regular enemies on the ground. Keep your squad positioned up high and use them to pick off the turret gunners. Do your best to handle the shield guys yourself. It might feel like it takes a while, but keep at it, and the fight will eventually be over.

Once you get the radio call, make your way up the stairs and onto the helipad. You'll get in, have a quick chat with a new character, and then you're done with this mission.
