    Start by approaching the Sanatorium. Go towards the fountain, then turn left towards the large gates. The Fortune Totem #2 is at the foot of these gates.

    Head back towards the building. Instead of entering through the main doors, go left and examine the CONDEMNED sign. Continue left to a metal sheet; use motion controls to move it aside and enter the room.

    In this secret room, go to the back to find the Loss Totem #4.

    Examine the red barrel in the middle of the room and use motion controls to push it to the ledge. Climb onto the ledge, move across the pipe, and climb up through the hole in the ceiling.

    The Chapel door is locked. Go back to the Sanatorium entrance room. A CLUE (1952 Clue #3: Administration Notes) is on the table against the wall.

    Return to the large room and head towards the door marked ADMIN. Go through this door.

    In the next room, go left and follow the wall to find a safe. Pry it open to collect 1952 Clue #6: Clocking-In Cards.

    Exit the side-room and proceed into the main part of the admin room. Before going through the open door on the right, search the far left side of the room to find 1952 Clue #4: Broken Camera on top of a filing cabinet.

    Go through the open door on the right. You will reach a point where you can follow yellow lines to the morgue or continue right. For now, continue right and go through the door at the end.

    In this final room, a CLUE (1952 Clue #8: Old Newspaper) is at the back on a desk.
