Enter the Cinema Room at the bottom of the stairs. If Sam threw a vase earlier, Ashley can examine the broken remnants.

Go through the open door on the right, then the door on the left.

A pale figure will appear at the end of the room. You have a conversation choice: 'INSIST' (Ashley's HONESTY metre goes UP, ROMANTIC metre goes DOWN, relationship with CHRIS gets worse) or 'CONCEDE' (No status changes).

Follow Chris down the stairs into the basement.

Examine the dollhouse on the left; it requires a key.

Follow Chris down the center corridor. The ghost will appear again, but Chris will not see it.

Examine the wall where a painting fell to receive a KEY.

Use the key to open the dollhouse.

Pick up the pink book from the dollhouse to obtain Hannah's Diary.

A door opposite where you got the key will open. Enter it and take a few steps.

After a scene with Chris, head right to find cardboard boxes on a table. Push them aside to find the CLUE: HIDDEN CAMERA (MYSTERY MAN CLUE #17).

A little further left, find another CLUE: LIGHTBULB CATALOGUE (MYSTERY MAN CLUE #19) on a table.

Automatically pick up the SCISSORS underneath the Lightbulb Catalogue, triggering a BUTTERFLY EFFECT UPDATE: FOREWARNED IS FOREARMED.

Optionally, pick up the doll's head on the shelves to the left.

Continue around the corner. The room will shake as Mike blows up the Sanatorium.

Continue down the corridors. You may find Sam's bracelet on the floor if she was caught in the elevator shaft earlier.

Talk to Chris on the left. You have a dialogue option: 'DISMISSIVE' (Hannah overreacted - Ashley's CHARITY metre goes DOWN, BRAVERY metre goes UP, HONESTY metre goes UP, relationship with CHRIS gets worse) or 'SYMPATHETIC' (We made her look stupid - Ashley's CHARITY metre goes UP, other traits except curiosity go DOWN slightly, relationship with CHRIS gets better).
