In Kamurocho, witness Yuya dealing with Triad punks at Club Stardust.

Learn about the Omi Alliance's encroachment from Osamu Kashiwagi.

Kiryu experiences nightmares and visits the cemetery with Haruka.

You gain control of Kiryu. Remember, you can save anywhere by accessing the menu.

Examine the graves marked by green arrows. At Shintaro Kazama's grave, you can recap the previous game.

Fifth Chairman of the Tojo Clan, Yukio Terada, approaches and discusses peace with Omi Alliance chairman Jin Goda.

Assassins attack; follow the on-screen prompts for the combat tutorial.

Kiryu receives a request to save the Tojo Clan.

Enter Kamurocho via the red gate. Locker Keys are scattered, but access is restricted.

Head down Tenkaichi Alley towards Nakamichi St.

Encounter and defeat THUGS on Nakamichi St. Learn how to take and store Weapons.

Handa tells you Daigo was spotted near Theater Square. Head there.

At Theater Square, defeat thugs harassing Rika. Rika will direct you to Club Shine, where Daigo is.

You now have freedom to roam Kamurocho. You can find up to 42 Locker Keys, start three Substories, and play most Minigames (except karaoke). Consider filling your Stats to the first limit.

Enter Club Shine. Daigo's entourage will attack. Defeat them outside.

Confront Daigo. You must fight him. He has grabbing skills and a sweep that counters the quickstep. Dodge his attacks and use combos. Use environmental objects if available.

Near the end of the fight, you will learn "Essence of Finishing Blow" to finish Daigo.

After defeating Daigo, Kiryu passes him Terada's letter and tasks him with watching the Tojo Clan. Daigo insists on accompanying Kiryu.
