Reapers

Track down and defeat all 35 Reapers in Yakuza Kiwami 3. Learn their locations, combat info, and rewards.

Information about Reapers is sent to your phone and can be viewed from your app. They will also be marked on the map with large red damage Tojo clan badge symbols. Reapers are essentially sub-bosses and come with both Aura and Deadly attacks, with slightly unique movesets. Yakuza Kiwami 3 has a total of 35 Reapers, an increase from the original 20. New Reapers are made available in Chapters 1, 4, and 7 in both Kamurocho and Ryukyu. Once all Reapers are beaten, the Last Reaper will send you a message to meet at Millenium Tower.

• Defeat 20 Reapers to unlock the final Reaper encounter.

• Defeating Reapers yields money, with amounts varying by difficulty (e.g., 10000, 12000, 40000, 50000, 55000).
• Completing the Reaper objective requires defeating 20 Reapers.

Kamurocho

• Saving Face - Tsuchiyama (Difficulty: ★☆☆☆☆, Reward: 10000, Location: Theater Ave, Availability: Default) - Uses a knife; attacks cannot be guarded. Deadly attack causes Bleeding. Strategy: Get behind him and use rush combos on his back. Essence of Raging Dragon deals a lot of damage.
• The Black Hyena - Zen (Difficulty: ★☆☆☆☆, Reward: 10000, Location: Taihei Blvd, Availability: Default) - Uses grab attacks and lunging arm attacks. Deadly attack is a constant flurry of powerful blows. Strategy: Grab a nearby bike or weapon, use a Heat action, and follow up with heavy combos.
• Old Rags - Hasutani (Difficulty: ★★☆☆☆, Reward: 12000, Location: New Serena Alley, Availability: Capture 2+ Reapers) - Uses bare hands with powerful punches and kicks. Deadly attack is a powerful punch, easy to avoid. Strategy: Guarding and evading are effective. Get behind him and deal damage from behind.
• Assault and Battery - Aoyama (Difficulty: ★★☆☆☆, Reward: 12000, Location: W. Shichifuku St., Availability: Capture 2+ Reapers) - Wields a bat for wide-range swings. Deadly attack can stun you. Strategy: Guarding is more effective than evading. Grab a blunt weapon to break his guard. Use heavy charged rush combos or hit-and-run tactics from behind.
• The Destroyer - Tetsuo (Difficulty: ★★☆☆☆, Reward: 15000, Location: Hotel District, Availability: Capture 2+ Reapers) - Wields a large hammer with wild swings. Deadly attack spins the hammer, causing damage and stun. Strategy: Evade his attacks and go behind him for combos. Use Heat actions or Dragon Boost.
• Hawk-Eyed Sniper - Shu (Difficulty: ★★★☆☆, Reward: 40000, Location: Shichifuku St., Availability: Capture 5+ Reapers, Chapter 4) - Uses a gun. Can be defeated by perfect guarding in Ryukyu Style and using heat attacks, or by attacking in Dragon of Dojima style. No aura or deadly attack.
• Back for Vengeance - Tetsuji (Difficulty: ★★★☆☆, Reward: 40000, Location: Nakamichi St., Availability: Capture 5+ Reapers, Chapter 4) - Uses boxing-style fists with limited moves. Deadly attack is a single low-range punch. Strategy: Use Dragon of Dojima style, perfect evade, and combo him from behind.
• The Rising Star - Yuto (Difficulty: ★★★☆☆, Reward: 40000, Location: Taihei Blvd., Availability: Capture 5+ Reapers, Chapter 4) - Fights similarly to Tsuchiyama but deals more damage. Strategy: Dragon of Dojima style is ideal for evading and punishing.
• The Sleepless Wanderer - Negishi (Difficulty: ★★★☆☆, Reward: 50000, Location: Tenkaichi Alley, Availability: Capture 5+ Reapers, Chapter 4) - A large opponent with monotonous wide swings and grab attacks. Strategy: Evade in Dragon of Dojima style, strike back, and beat him down once his aura is gone.
• "The Killer" - Kotaro (Difficulty: ★★★☆☆, Reward: 55000, Location: West Park, Availability: Capture 5+ Reapers, Chapter 4) - Uses short jabs mixed with powerful kicks. Easy to evade with Dragon of Dojima. Strategy: Evade attacks, get behind him, and punish until his Aura breaks, then beat him. Be wary of his deadly attack.
