Promoting operators to Elite 1 and Elite 2 requires specific materials and Operator Chips. These are crucial for unlocking new skills, talents, and significant stat boosts.

• Basic Materials: Common items like Polyester, Sugar, Orirock, etc. These drop from various Main Story and AP stages. Higher rarity materials (e.g., Keton, Manganese, RMA70-12) are crafted from lower rarity ones in the Workshop or dropped from later stages.
• Operator Chips: Class-specific chips required for promotions. For Elite 1, you need 'Chip' (e.g., Vanguard Chip, Sniper Chip). For Elite 2, you need 'Dualchip' (e.g., Vanguard Dualchip, Sniper Dualchip). These are exclusively farmed from CA stages. Each operator requires two chips of their class for E1, and four dualchips (two of their class, two of their sub-class) for E2.
