Step 2: Locate the Missing Miners

Find survivors in Ball x Pit's Deepstone Mines. Defeat Frenzied Miners and use Shatter Ball abilities to clear paths and rescue lost miners.

Navigate through the Deepstone Mines, following the objective markers that lead to various mining camps. You'll find scattered notes and journals that hint at the miners' fate. Many of the miners have been transformed into 'Frenzied Miners', aggressive humanoid enemies that wield pickaxes. They are faster and more unpredictable than Pit Grunts. You'll need to defeat them, as they are beyond saving. Look for survivors in hidden alcoves or behind collapsed rockfalls that can be cleared with a powerful 'Ball' ability (e.g., 'Shatter Ball') or by interacting with unstable support beams. Rescuing a survivor typically involves clearing the immediate area of enemies and then speaking with them, after which they will return to the Pit Hub.
