Complete Chapter 07: Soldiers Field in bioshock infinite. Find Kinetoscopes, Voxophones, Infusion Upgrades, and the Bucking Bronco.
Walkthrough
- 1As you enter the Soldiers Field Welcome Centre, go down the stairs and take a right. Descend the smaller set of stairs to find the MinuteMan’s Armory vending machine.
- 2The MinuteMan’s Armory offers weapon upgrades: Pistol Clip Increase for 275 and Machine Gun Damage Boost 1 for 236.
- 3Pick up the lock picking kit from the crate to the right. Continue down the next set of stairs to find a miniature map of Columbia.
- 4Against the back wall, find the first Kinetoscope [1/4].
- 5Return to the main room and check the side area to the left. Grab the lock pick from the floor in front of the locked door and have Elizabeth open it (requires 1 lock pick).
- 6Inside, find an Infusion Upgrade [1/2] on a desk against the left wall.
- 7Follow the room to the end to find a small office with a lock pick on the desk. There is a safe that requires 5 lock picks (not recommended at this point) and an open locker with a Voxophone [1/8]. The new weapon, the carbine, is against the wall here.
- 8Return to the main room and unlock the door on the left to find another Infusion Upgrade and Voxophone inside.
- 9Approach the door opposite the entrance; the gate will slam shut. Interact with it to proceed. Follow the room to the exit and use the salt machine to replenish your salt if needed. Exit the building to enter Soldier’s Field.
- 10In Soldier’s Field, citizens and police are non-hostile. Be aware that picking up items with a pinkish hue will be considered stealing, making all police and shop owners aggressive.
- 11After going beneath the ‘Soldier’ Field’ sign, take a left. On a small observation deck before the ice cream shop, find the second Kinetoscope [2/4].
- 12Enter the Ice Cream shop to find a Voxophone [2/8].
- 13Exit the Ice Cream shop and turn right. Head to the left of the ‘Patriot’s Pride Confections’ building to find the Founder’s Bookstore.
- 14At the back of the Founder’s Bookstore, on a desk at the top of a short flight of stairs, find a Voxophone [3/8].
- 15Exit the bookstore and go straight ahead until you find a ramp leading down to the right. Follow the path until you reach the ‘Gondola to the first lady Aerodrome’ sign. Continue past it and pull the lever at the end of the platform.
- 16After the short scene, return to the Founders bookstore and climb the stairs to the right of its entrance. You will pass a police roadblock, which will make all police in the area hostile, along with 4-5 Founder soldiers.
- 17You can fight them or run past the Dollar Bill vending machine and information booth, then up the next set of stairs on the left. Enter the next area and take the elevator without killing anyone.
- 18Before entering the elevator, loot the lock pick from the floor near the crates to the left of the door. There is also a Veni! Vidi! Vigor! vending machine to the right.
- 19Enter the elevator and ride it to the next area. When it goes offline, interact with the fuse on the wall for a scene.
- 20After getting off the lift, go down the stairs and check the side area on the left. Find a broken vending machine and a lock pick on the floor next to it.
- 21Enter the right-hand door first. Kill the two soldiers inside and loot the room. Do the same for the door to the left.
- 22Make your way around the display in the center of the main area and find the “Employees Only” door on the far side. Have Elizabeth unlock it (requires 5 lock picks).
- 23Enter with caution and destroy the auto-turret on the left.
- 24Work your way down the right-hand wall to find a desk holding a Voxophone [4/8] and a gift box containing an Equippable Gear [1/2].
- 25In the back room where the auto-turret was, there is a safe (requires 5 lock picks) for money.
- 26Exit back to the main room and take the door to the left. Grab the golden vigor flask for the new vigor – Bucking Bronco.
Tips

- It is not recommended to open the safe requiring 5 lock picks early on, as lock picks are scarce.
- If you wish to avoid combat after the police roadblock, you can run past the enemies and take the elevator.
- The “Employees Only” door requires 5 lock picks to open.
