Chapter 11: Return to Hall of Heroes Plaza

In the Hall of Heroes Plaza, eliminate 5 soldiers and a fireman. Use the upper balcony of the ticket building for a vantage point. Consider using Devil's Kiss on an oil spill to help thin enemy numbers.

After clearing the area, backtrack through the building at the far end and defeat the Motorized Patriot inside. Use Shock Jockey to stun it and an upgraded rapid-fire weapon to take it down quickly.

Enter the elevator at the far end of the room and ride it up to the previous area.

After exiting the lift, use the Veni! Vidi! Vigor! vending machine if needed, then head down the stairs. Use the nearby skyline and freight hooks to access a balcony on the upper level of the 'Hotel Soldier’s Field' building.

Use Shock Jockey on the power conduit on this balcony to open a door. Inside, find a Voxophone [1/1] on a bed and a piece of Equippable Gear [2/3] on a nearby bed stand. Locate a lock pick behind a cabinet against the left wall.

Exit the building and proceed to the carousel. Enter the toy store to the right of the carousel (the door is now accessible).

Inside the toy store, use Shock Jockey on the power conduit to open another locked door. Here, find another piece of Equippable Gear [3/3], a sniper rifle, and lootable containers.

Exit the toy store and go to the gondola control lever. Prepare to defend the switch against an incoming horde of enemies. Utilize the various tears in the environment for assistance.

Tears available in this area include: an automated turret and cover on the Ice Cream Shoppe roof, medical kits and an automated turret on the 'Patriot’s Pride Confections' building, cover on the Toy Store roof, a friendly Motorized Patriot on the boardwalk, and a sniper rifle with ammunition on a hover barge that appears later.

The enemy force consists of about 10-15 soldiers, two rocketeers, and a Motorized Patriot. Soldiers will occupy the Toy Store roof, and enemies will use barges and skylines. Rocketeers will be based on two barges that appear after activating the gondola.

Focus on eliminating the rocketeers first. Use a sniper rifle from the barge for a good vantage point, or engage enemies on the skylines.

Once all enemies are defeated, go to the gondola. Have Elizabeth open the door, grab the lock pick and coins from a shelf, and pull the lever to activate the gondola.

After the gondola arrives at The First Lady’s Aerodrome, climb the stairs and enter the main room. Defeat the 5 waiting soldiers. Find a Kinetoscope 'A City Mourns…' (a repeat collectible) between the staircases. A Dollar Bill vending machine is located behind a counter opposite the Kinetoscope.

In the hallway you entered from, find a Veni! Vidi! Vigor! and a Minuteman’s Armory vending machine. Upgrade weapons if desired.

Climb the stairs and enter the lift to the next area. Run across the gangplank and enter the zeppelin.

Inside the zeppelin, turn right and grab the Infusion Upgrade [1/1] from the table.

Proceed to the controls and interact with them to trigger a scene.

During the scene, walk over and interact with Elizabeth to complete the chapter.
