After grabbing the Voxophone, head back out to the Plaza of Zeal. Fight your way through the enemies, and enter the Gunsmith shop on the right side of the plaza. Inside, you'll find another Voxophone.

Exit the shop and look directly across the road. You'll see a door leading to the Factory, with your allies waiting in front of it. Approach the door, and it will open for you.
