Part 107 marks a significant turning point in Bully: Scholarship Edition, ushering in Chapter V: The Fall and Rise of Jimmy Hopkins, Aged 15. This chapter signifies Jimmy's rise to the top, bringing an end to the school's conflicts and establishing peace. This achievement also unlocks the "Senior" achievement and grants "Full 100% Respect from the Nerds." Additionally, it opens up the final major section of the Bullworth region: the Blue Skies Industrial Area.

The Blue Skies Industrial Area is a new section of Bullworth, divided into several key parts:

1. The Homes: Located in the north of the industrial area, this run-down section features small houses and trailers. It's home to the Tattoo Parlor and the Blue Skies Industrial Area Infirmary. This is also the primary living area for the Townies.
2. Blue Skies Industrial Park: South of The Homes, this is the main industrial hub. It contains the Docks, Spencer Shipping (where Gravestones from the "Halloween" mission can be found), Blue Skies Shipping, Spazz Industries, and the Blue Skies Industrial Area Police Station.
3. Townie Stronghold: Situated in the southeast, this area is initially barricaded but becomes accessible after the mission "Showdown at the Plant." The large Chem-O-Lot building is located within this stronghold.

The Townies are the final group of antagonists Jimmy must confront. These are former students who have been expelled or dropped out, identifiable by their orange clothing. They are hostile towards current students and are primarily found in the Blue Skies Industrial Area and Bullworth Town. They are led by Edgar Munsen.

Key Townie members include:

• Duncan: Distinguished by short brown hair and an orange wristband on his left wrist. He wears a white sleeveless shirt with an orange gear graphic, blue jeans, and orange shoes. He is noted as the male kissable Townie.
• Gurney: Features a crew cut of light brown hair and a goatee. He wears a brown jacket over an orange shirt, blue jeans, and black and orange shoes. He can be hired as an ally.
• Henry (aka Clint): A muscular individual with a crew cut of blond hair, dark brown wristbands on both wrists, and a barbed wire tattoo on his upper right arm. His attire includes a black tank top with an orange border and scorpion graphic, blue jeans with scuffed knees, and light brown shoes.
