A Little Help (Gary Smith): Gary wants to torment a homeless man near the Old School Bus. After a cutscene, the Hobo offers to teach Jimmy advanced fighting techniques in exchange for Transistors for his radio. The first Transistor is located at the Autoshop. Find it on the southern roof via a ladder. Return to the Hobo to learn the Uppercut move. Successfully perform the Uppercut three times to complete the training.

Save Algie (The Nerds): Jimmy encounters Algernon in the Library and agrees to escort him to his Locker. This mission should only be done during the daytime to avoid Algernon being caught trespassing. Head north from the Library towards the Main Building. Protect Algernon from Bullies along the way. You'll need to fight two Bullies near a trash can, then two more in the Boys' Restroom on the second floor of the Main Building. After Algernon finishes in the restroom, escort him back to his Locker to complete the mission.

Tips

For 'Save Algie', ensure you complete the mission during the daytime. Entering the Main Building after 7 PM can lead to failure.
Successfully completing 'Save Algie' earns you $5, +5 Nerd Respect, and -10 Bully Respect. This also unlocks the ability to kiss Cornelius for extra health and contributes towards the '{Over the Rainbow}' Achievement.
The 'A Little Help' mission unlocks training sessions for advanced fighting moves. You will need to find six Transistors in total for the Hobo to unlock all these sessions and progress towards 100% completion. More Transistors become available later in the game.
