Central Executive Collectibles: Before returning to the Maintenance Sector, explore Central Executive. Play the tape recorder near the Sector Elevator for Salvador: Security Order. Find the Linguistic Ability research in the Board Room. Check an office on the upper level for Pope's Promotion.

Level 4 Doors: With a Level 4 keycard, unlock doors skipped earlier. One is upstairs from Central Executive, leading to an office with a loot container and the Sticky Note Complaint research. Another Level 4 door is in Maintenance, accessible via fast travel to Ventilation, leading to a break room with a loot container.

Side Mission: What a Mess: Clear the Clog: Visit the Janitor's Office to start this mission. Fast travel to NSC Coolant Pumps Entrance, proceed to the Coolant Pumps, and enter the Pump Station. Find the Water Cooler Procedures case file. Place power cores into two receptacles to activate the Draining Pump. Defeat the Clog by shooting its tendrils in the lower level, then collect loot.

Towards Black Rock Processing: Fast travel to NSC Energy Converters Entrance, head to Central Maintenance, and proceed towards Black Rock Processing. Before the Level 4 door, find a control room with a loot container and the Tennyson Report Warning research.

Turbine Room Puzzle: Enter the Turbine Room. Use Launch to remove a power core and fire it at the receptacle on the other side of the spinning blades. Repeat this process for the second set of turbines, using two power cores to create a path forward. Pull the light switch three times.

Oceanview Motel Puzzle: Obtain the Black Pyramid room key. Ring the bell once at the front desk, enter the first room, and note the furniture arrangement. Ring the bell twice, enter the second room, and replicate the arrangement: leave the chair, move the radio right, straighten the painting, and move the potted plant left. Enter the third room to get the key. Open the Black Pyramid room and pull the light cord three times.

Continue to Black Rock Processing (2): Return to the Turbine Room area. Proceed through Security Check towards the Atlas Chamber and Black Rock Processing. A bridge will have formed from the Oceanview Motel puzzle. Enter the office area, shoot out the glass of the Level 5 door to find a loot container and FBC Reminder: Altered Workspace. In the next office, find the Atlas Theory research. Use the shelves to Air-Evade to another loot container.

Atlas Chamber: Proceed to the Atlas Chamber. Assist FBC Rangers in fighting off the Hiss, including a Hiss Warped. Cleanse the Control Point.

Speak with Arish: Head upstairs and enter the office to hear the Oceanview Motel & Casino presentation. Find a Shelter.
