Alright, let’s talk about hitting Bombsite B in Counter-Strike: Source. This is a tougher site to crack for the Terrorists, but man, when you take it, it feels *good*. We’ll cover the main ways to get there and what to watch out for.

So, from T spawn, you’ll want to run down the ramp on your right. From there, you can either duck into the house or swing around towards Mid and then take a right. That’s your path to B.

There are two main ways to approach B. The first is through what we call B Aps. Think of this like the Tunnels on Dust II – it’s a direct shot to B, but it’s got a nasty choke point, and there are side routes that can lead you to Mid. As you move down the walkway to the site itself, you’ll see two windows. One is blocked off, but you can toss grenades through it. The other is more open, and you can actually jump through it right onto the site. Just be aware, CTs can watch this entry from a bunch of spots: Van, Bench, Market Window, and Archway. Some sneaky CTs might even pop up from behind the ledge below to get a shot at you.

Now, if you take the B Aps route, there’s a set of stairs near the entrance that leads you back to Mid, right under Sniper. This is super useful if you need to rotate back to A quickly and your team has control there. But be careful: if you’re rushing B through Aps, CTs can easily slip down into Underpass and come around behind you for a nasty backstab.

Because that B Aps choke is so rough, the second main route is through Short B. This pops you out at Archway, and it really forces the CTs playing in Market and Van to react and deal with you. As you’re coming around the corner from Mid, you’ll see a small room with a ladder. It’s actually called Ladder Room. If you climb that ladder and sneak onto the storage unit, you can break through some steel panels and get into Sniper.
