    First things first, you'll arrive in the jungle. Grab the nearest Jeep and cruise on down towards the falls. You'll see a bus hanging precariously over a bridge. Inside the bus, right next to the driver's seat, is Banoi Herald Excerpt #30. Don't miss it!

    After grabbing the collectible, head down into the water. You're going to have to fight off a bunch of Walkers and a nasty Floater. It can get a little hairy down there, so keep your wits about you.

    Once you've dealt with the undead, head back to Jin. Your next task is to escort her safely to the River Village.

    As you make your way up the hill towards the village, you'll encounter a group of three Walkers. Take them out and keep moving.

    There's only one more group of zombies that will try to block your path before you reach the village. Clear them out and continue on.

    When you finally arrive at the River Village, you'll discover it's been overrun. Head inside the main hut. On the table, you'll find a recording, which is Tape #07 Heading into the Jungle.

Chasing Shadows - A Follow-Up Mission

  1. After the main 'Going Green' objectives, you'll get a new quest: 'Chasing Shadows.' First, talk to Matutero.
  2. After speaking with him, leave his hut and head north to another hut where Carter is. You'll find ID Card #068 on the bed, right near the pillow. Grab it!
  3. Now, proceed through the Jungle towards the next small village. When you get there, look on the roof for a Weapon Chest and a Propane Tank. These are super useful for taking out the zombies quickly, so use them to your advantage.
  4. When you reach the quest marker, a scene will play, and you'll be introduced to a tough enemy: The Butcher. Don't panic! The easiest way to take it down is to keep your distance and shoot. Since it charges, just kick it back when it gets close and then get your hits in. Keep repeating this pattern as it approaches, and you'll take it down safely.
  5. After dealing with the Butcher, continue past the village and through the water until you find a bridge. Cross it, then take a right. You'll find a creek with a few Punks (zombies) hanging around.
  6. In this area, you'll find two Weapon Chests and the main Weapons Box on the back of a pickup truck.
  7. Carefully cross the creek with the box when it's safe and load it into the red truck. The second box you need to grab is located behind this truck. Load that one up too.
  8. With both boxes secured, it's time to drive back to Matutero to complete the mission.

  • Keep an eye out for those collectibles; they often provide valuable lore or context.
  • The Jeep is your best friend for covering ground quickly in the jungle.
  • Don't underestimate the Floater in the water – it can be a real pain if you're not prepared.
