1. ID Card #031
   Location: Alley
   Description: Head north of the Gas Station in the middle of the city (left side of the river). In an alleyway near a large pool of blood, best seen from above (climb the ladder blocking the alley), you will find this ID Card.
2. ID Card #033
   Location: Shanty Town Bench
   Description: Go to Shanty Town (far south, middle of the map) and search for a barricade with a box truck crashed into a lightpole. This location is also west of the third loudspeaker in The Second Head of Cerberus. On the porch, which has checkered tiles, you will find this ID Card on the table.
3. ID Card #035
   Location: Gas Station
   Description: Inside the Gas Station, located left center of the map, you will find this ID Card on the counter in the back left corner.
4. ID Card #040
   Location: Sleeping Mat
   Description: Directly west from the Warehouse you will find a medical tent. In this area there are multiple ladders to reach the roof. Just north of the medical tent you can spot the metal overhang and a balcony. You have to jump to reach this location but on the sleeping mat lies the ID Card along with various other goodies.
5. ID Card #041
   Location: Nikolai's Restaurant
   Description: In the northwest corner of the city you can find Nikolai's Restaurant where Sergei is located for the quest A Voice From Above the Sky. In the room before Sergei you can spot the ID Card on the counter.
6. ID Card #042
   Location: Mattress
   Description: East of the Warehouse is a Workbench up a set of stairs. Jump the fence here and clear the alleyway of Punks. On the sleeping mat near the front part of the alleyway is where the ID Card is found.
7. ID Card #044
   Location: Table
   Description: Leave the church and go to the road. Walk the road east until it turns left. There is a small hut with the ID Card on the table.
8. ID Card #045
   Location: Supermarket
   Description: In the far east of the Supermarket is a small stand with a chair and [PROPANE TANK]. Between them is the ID Card on the ground. This location is not actually in the large bazaar area but facing open towards the eastern street.
