First things first, you need to get into the warehouse that's behind the gas station. Just break in through the back door.

Inside, you'll likely run into a Thug. If you're having trouble fighting him in such a tight space, remember you can grab a [PROPANE TANK] from outside to help even the odds.

Once the Thug is dealt with, head over to [SWITCH A] and turn off the electricity. This will open up the gate for you.

After that, head outside and make your way towards a burning tunnel area. You'll need to clear out any Infected you find here.

To get up to the next area, you'll need to stack some [CRATES] to reach a ladder. Up top, you'll find plenty of healing items, which is always good, and importantly, the power for [SWITCH C]. Shut that off too.

Now, look for the power for [SWITCH B]. It's conveniently located in a caged area right next to the main electrical hazard. Turn off this switch.

With that switch off, you should be able to climb a ladder that was previously blocked.

Once you're up there, check the briefcase near the [PROPANE TANK]. Inside, you'll find a [PERSONAL ID] and [ID CARD #024] – that's another collectible for you.

Next, break the glass nearby and drop down to grab the second [JUICE PACK].

Before you head back, don't miss the [WEAPON CHEST] and any other containers in the area. Always good to loot everything!

Finally, head back to Sinamoi, drop off the Juice Packs, and chat with him to wrap up this quest and kick off the third chapter.

Tips

Using the [PROPANE TANK] against the Thug in tight quarters is a lifesaver. Don't forget it's there!
