Walkthrough

Follow the quest marker (a visual indicator on your screen) past an ambulance; you should see a bus in the distance.

Veer off to the left to start the quest [UNINVITED GUESTS]. If you get close enough, you should see the questgiver marker.

In front of the door here, you can find [ID CARD #043].

Continue through the bus and to the left into a small shop. Open the fridge in the back to find the [INSULIN].

Near the northern shop, you can find a large warehouse to the south to start the quest [SIMON SAYS...] and a poster location for [LAST CHANCE ON THE WALL]. It is highly recommended that you complete this short quest and grab the numerous other ones inside.

Continue to the south shop where you must break the door to enter.

On the counter is the [ASTHMA INHALER] for One Last Breath.

Go behind the counter and open the fridge to find two more bottles of [INSULIN].

Return to Deanna to finish this quest.
