As soon as you enter the Enpro Plant, you'll receive a new objective: Reach the Enpro Plant as quickly as possible.
Upon entering, stay put and listen to the sergeant's comms. Look straight ahead for two yellow, blinking eyes. As you move forward, a female will gasp, and the eyes will retreat behind some boxes. Behind these boxes, you can find armor shards. Explore the immediate area for additional ammo and health before proceeding through the door.
Inside, you'll find a panel and a scientist. You have two choices: activate the chamber, which will kill the scientist, or open the doors. If you open the doors, the scientist will later unlock a door for you, revealing goodies. If you choose to kill the scientist, two Marine-Zombies will appear. Regardless of your choice, enter the door and take the lift down. If you saved the scientist, you can access a door to grab a PDA and a Video Disk. Unlock the glass to obtain a significant amount of ammo and armor.
