In dragon quest i and ii hd 2d remake, you will find scrolls throughout your adventure. These scrolls allow characters to learn spells and abilities beyond what they learn by leveling up. Not every character can learn every scroll, and for some scrolls, there are not enough copies for every eligible character to learn them.
