This guide details the locations of all hot springs in Ghost of Tsushima, covering both the Yotei Grasslands and Ishikari Plain regions. Hot springs offer a way to increase your health and can sometimes have bonus objectives for extra rewards.

Yotei Grasslands Hot Springs

1. Yotei’s Shadow Hot Spring: Located on the western edge of the Yotei Grasslands, near Shikotsu Woods. From Yotei’s Shadow Inn, head southwest across the Sarubetsu River. This hot spring is on a hill overlooking a small lake and is part of the side quest “Old Trails”.
2. Horizon View Hot Spring: Situated on the southern edge of the Yotei Grasslands. From Yotei’s Shadow Inn, travel south across the Shikotsu River, past Lake Kuttara, towards the coast. A Golden Bird will guide you down a cliff. Bonus objective: Drink sake before bathing, and a fox will appear. You’ll receive money after bathing.
3. Wild Clearing Hot Spring: Found northeast of Yotei’s Shadow Inn, past an Altar of Reflection. A Golden Bird will guide you up cliffs. Bonus objective: Bow towards Mount Yotei on the nearby precipice.
4. Hidden Cliff Hot Spring: Located at the northernmost edge of the Yotei Grasslands, near “The Road to Ishikari Plain”. From the southern entrance of the garrison, head southwest across the river and follow the Golden Bird west to some cliffs. Bonus objective: Light the lanterns outside before bathing.

Ishikari Plain Hot Springs

1. Bear Rock Hot Spring: From Ishikari Market, cross the Ishikari River east and follow a rocky hill north, then east. A Golden Bird will guide you. You’ll need to climb, jump, and grapple to reach it. Bonus objective: Use your spyglass to look at Ishikari Castle in the distance before bathing.
2. Kappa’s Hot Spring: Found along the eastern edge of the Ishikari Plain, northeast of Ishikari Market and north of “Ishikari Forest”. This hot spring is in an open area with no apparent bonus objective.
3. Smoky Mountains Hot Spring: Located along the northern edge of the Ishikari Plain, in the “White Deer Woodlands”, above the “Deer” text on the map. You’ll need to climb cliffs and use grapple points. Bonus objective: Pull the weeds surrounding the hot spring.
4. Cloud View Hot Spring: Also along the northern edge of the Ishikari Plain. Follow the cliffs northwest from the northeastern end of the Rumoi River.
