Alright, so you're looking to stock up on Rosaries in Hollow Knight: Silksong, huh? Smart move! Having a good stash early on can really help you grab some of those pricier items or upgrades. Let's break down the best spots to farm them.

Mosshome Farming Spot

Your first real opportunity to farm Rosaries is in the Mosshome area, which you'll find within Moss Grotto, the starting zone. Keep pushing right from Bone Bottom until you reach The Marrow. As you ascend The Marrow, you'll eventually run into Shakra, the map maker. Right near her is the entrance to Mosshome, and this is where you'll find your first enemies that drop Rosaries. Super important: there's a Bench just to the left of Shakra – this is your respawn point for the farm.

To start the farm, head left from the Bench. You'll find two enemies right away that each drop 5 Rosaries. Keep going left and drop down. There's another enemy there, and one to its right. Circle back left for a fifth enemy. There's also a flying enemy, but it doesn't drop Rosaries, so feel free to ignore it if you want. That's a total of 25 Rosaries per run, and the Bench is super close, making it easy to rest and respawn them.

Now, this spot can feel a bit slow at first because your movement is a bit restricted. But hey, it's the earliest you can get a decent chunk of Rosaries, perfect for snagging something like the Crest of the Wanderer or other early-game items. Plus, you'll want to keep a good amount saved up for future purchases and when you find new Benches or Bellways.

Greymoor Farming Spot

Once you make your way to Greymoor, a second, even better farming spot opens up. When you first arrive in Greymoor, head right to find Shakra and her handy Bench. Once you've noted that, go back to where you entered Greymoor and head left this time, into a nearby cave. You'll know you're in the right place because there's water inside. This cave is your target, with about six enemies in total.

The first two enemies are ones you've seen before. The third enemy is up on a ledge, and it's super easy to knock it into the water, which sadly destroys the Rosaries it drops. Try to hit it from below and coax it towards the right side of the ledge. The next set of enemies is after the second pool of water. You'll face a slightly larger enemy with a hammer – just use hit-and-run tactics; it's pretty straightforward. There's another familiar enemy after that, but the third one in this group can be a bit tricky. It's similar to the ledge enemy, but this one keeps running away while tossing bells. You'll need to be more aggressive here, maybe jumping or dashing over its head to stop it from getting too close to the exit or the water.

If you manage to clear out all the enemies in this cave, you're looking at around 50 Rosaries per run. It takes a little longer to get back to Shakra's Bench to respawn them, though. The good news is, if you explore the buildings to the right of Shakra in Greymoor, you can unlock balloons that let you access a more permanent Bench located pretty much right above her. This also creates a shortcut, saving you time on future farming runs!
