The first Crafting Kit can be found in the Deep Docks, located east of The Marrow. Instead of proceeding east towards the Lace boss fight, descend and then move right. After battling a group of enemies, exit the room and continue right and up. You will find a lever that opens a Bench and, to its right, a new vendor. This vendor is the Forge Daughter, who offers crafting services for new Tools like the Sting Shard and Magma Bell. The second Crafting Kit is obtained as a reward for completing the Crawbug Clearing Wish. You can acquire this Wish from the Bellhart Wishwall after cleansing the settlement. Once accepted, travel to the Halfway Home in Greymoor and speak with the proprietor. They will task you with collecting 25 Ragpelts from Craw enemies (flying birds) in the area. Upon returning with the required items, you will receive the Crafting Kit.
