Learn how to defeat the challenging Schwarzstrom 2.0 boss in I Am Setsuna. Get tips on managing its powerful attacks like Tsunami and Tidal Wave, and exploit its weaknesses.

Stats / Weaknesses:

• HP: 11,000
• Weaknesses: Stun, Confusion

Phases:

1. Opening Attack: Schwarzstrom starts with Tsunami, which can deal around 400+ damage to your party. If your characters have lower HP, they might be KO'd immediately. Use your first turn to heal with Cure II (if Setsuna is alive) or revive her if she fell.
2. Dive and Tidal Wave: Schwarzstrom will use Dive to become invulnerable, followed by Tidal Wave, which deals even more damage than Tsunami. This is the boss's most dangerous combo.
3. Other Attacks: Be aware of Bellow (stuns and empties ATB gauge), Water Spray (single-target damage), Big Bite (hits one character multiple times for about 80 damage each), and Bodyslam (around 300 damage to all characters).

Strategy:

• Manage Attacks: Your main goal is to survive Tidal Wave. If you can endure that, you can slowly chip away at its HP.
• Support Skills: Setsuna's Cure II is essential for healing. Her Luminaire (with Momentum for Auto-Revive) and Inspire are also very useful.
• Offensive Support: Endir's Battlecry and Aura can provide backup healing.
• Third Party Member: Consider Nidr for Blowbear, as Schwarzstrom is weak to Stun and Confusion. Nidr's Diffuse can also help apply single-target items to the whole party.
• Damage Output: Focus on slowly whittling down its 11,000 HP, as most of its other attacks are single-target or less devastating than Tidal Wave.
