The Journey Begins

Dazzshire Woods: Head east, ignoring the locked chest. Defeat enemies like Pengy and Waloompa for item drops. Continue north, defeat a Waloompa, and open the chest for Antidote x3. Head west to a split; the north path leads back to the overworld.

Return to Nive Village: Travel north to the Falling Snow Monument and meet Setsuna. After an attack by Raishin and another individual, you are captured and brought back to the village. You learn of Aeterna. The village is attacked by monsters.

Setsuna Joins: Setsuna frees you. Aeterna joins your party, and you fight a Waloompa. Endir and Aeterna can use the tech X-Strike (costs 15 MP).

Clearing the Village: After the battle, you must clear the village of monsters: a pair of Waloompa and Pengy to the west, Pengys to the southeast, and three Pengys north of the entrance.

BOSS - Whitewind: Setsuna joins for this fight. Whitewind uses Dive Attack (hits all, moderate damage, can increase attack with Inhale), Burning Breath (hits multiple), and Wing Slice (powerful, multi-hit, can KO). Use Antidotes and Potions. Endir and Aeterna attack, using X-Strike if SP is available. Setsuna should prioritize healing.

After Whitewind: After defeating Whitewind, you gain experience. Talk to Setsuna and return to the Falling Snow Monument. Take the shortcut back through Dazzshire Woods.

Preparing for Departure: Back in the village, Setsuna leaves the party. Go to the village chief's house and agree to join Setsuna's guard. Receive 5000G. Head to the harbor.

Ship Encounter: On the ship, defeat an initial monster on the deck, followed by two more sets.

BOSS - Schwarzstrom: This boss uses Tsunami (hits all), Bellow (stuns, drains ATB), Bodyslam (hits all, low damage), Water Spray (single target, high damage potential), and potentially other moves. Treat this fight similarly to Whitewind.
