Location: 3-1, 3-2, 5-1, 6-3

Description: The Emp is a penguin with a black and white belly, yellow feet, and an orange beak.

Movement and Attacks: The Emp is stationary until it sees Kirby, at which point it runs away.

How to defeat: Because the Emp flees, long-range attacks are recommended. If you do not have any, you must hunt it down.
