Pop Star

In a vast plain, Kirby and Ribbon battle creatures controlled by Dark Matter. A Waddle Dee finds a shard but is possessed by Dark Rimuru, becoming a Waddle Doo. Kirby defeats the Waddle Doo, freeing Waddle Dee who then joins Kirby.

In a colorful forest, Kirby crosses a gap with Waddle Dee's help. Adeleine, inspired by a shard, is possessed by Dark Rimura. Kirby defeats her monsters and Adeleine, freeing her. She joins Kirby's quest.

At Castle Dedede, King Dedede finds a shard but is possessed by Dark Rimuro. Kirby defeats the possessed King Dedede, freeing him. After initial refusal, King Dedede joins Kirby to get revenge on Dark Matter.

Kirby confronts Whispy Woods, who is aided by his Whispy Woods Jrs. Kirby defeats the Jrs. by inhaling and spitting apples, then defeats Whispy Woods using the same tactic on his roots to obtain the final shard.

With all shards collected on Pop Star, Ribbon uses their power to create a portal to Rock Star, and the party follows.
