There are seven core building resources on Dondoko Island used exclusively for crafting furniture: wood, stone, cloth, screws, plastic, glass, and microchips. The first five are available from the start, while glass and microchips unlock at Resort Rank One. These materials are essential for increasing island satisfaction and decorating your house.

Wood: Obtained by smashing purple bamboo found around the island. As your resort expands, more bamboo becomes available. At Resort Rank One, you can build woodworking areas (up to five) that generate wood daily at the pickup point.

Stone: Acquired by breaking medium-sized rocks, often found near bamboo clusters. Building stoneworking areas (up to five) at Resort Rank One will also yield stone daily.

Cloth: Found in trash piles scattered across the island. It's a common resource obtained when clearing areas. At Resort Rank Two, placing burnable waste dumps increases daily cloth collection. The oversized waste dump at Resort Rank Four provides even more.

Screws: Also found in trash piles, obtainable after clearing the Entrance and Great Tree areas. Placing nonburnable waste dumps will increase the daily collection of screws and plastic.

Plastic: Another common resource from trash piles, available after clearing the Entrance and Great Tree areas. It's used in many furniture recipes.

Glass: Obtained from mechanical trash piles (appliance piles) which appear after reaching Resort Rank One. These piles require more hits to break but yield glass frequently. Clearing the Hill and Lighthouse areas grants access to glass from the resource pickup point. The Oversized Garbage Pickup building also delivers glass daily.

Microchips (Semiconductors): The rarest resource, also found in appliance trash piles, appearing at Resort Rank One. They become more prevalent in the Meadow area at Resort Rank Three. The Oversized Garbage Pickup building also delivers microchips daily.

Additionally, some furniture recipes, like the fountain, require Pearls (found as shells near the volleyball net and on Mukku Beach) and Ore (gold, platinum, diamond), though these are used less frequently.
