Solve the Movie Poster puzzles in Lorelei and the Laser Eyes by using film release years. Find codes for 1F Elevator Hallway, 1F Small East Hallway, 1F Foyer Passage, and 2F Foyer.
Walkthrough
- 1Explore the hotel and locate movie posters. These posters are always near a locked door with a four-digit input.
- 2The four-digit code for each poster puzzle is the release year of the film depicted.
- 3The specific puzzle variations are tied to their locations and are not randomized.
Locations of Locked Doors with Movie Posters:
- 1st Floor, Elevator Hallway
- 1st Floor, Small East Hallway
- 1st Floor, Foyer Passage
- 2nd Floor, Foyer (northwest corner)
- 2nd Floor, Foyer (southwest corner)
Puzzle Solutions:
- 1F Elevator Hallway: The code is the sum of the release years of the two films shown, indicated by a "Plus" sign between them.
- 1F Small East Hallway: If the poster is rotated 180 degrees, use the release year read upside down. If the poster is reversed right to left, use the release year in reverse order.
- 1F Foyer Passage: The code is formed by the third and fourth digits of the release year of the poster on the left, followed by the third and fourth digits of the release year of the poster on the right.
- 2F Foyer (northwest corner): Similar to the 1F Small East Hallway, if the poster is rotated 180 degrees, use the release year read upside down. If the poster is reversed right to left, use the release year in reverse order.
- 2F Foyer (southwest corner): The poster is broken into four pieces with an "Order" indicator. Assign each corner of the movie poster to a number. The code is the film's release year scrambled according to the order the poster is cut. For example, if the upper-right piece is in the upper-left quadrant, the first digit of the code will be the second digit of the release year.
