There's a neat trick at the very first corner. If you use a Mushroom item right as you hit the raised section, you'll actually fly over it and land near the corner just before the big rocket boost ramp.
Towards the end of the track, there's a really sharp corner. You can try to cut right after it, jumping over a gap to reach the final corner. Be warned though, this is super tricky to pull off, and you'll likely just end up hitting the other side of the track. Honestly, it's not really worth the risk in this version of the track.

Other Tips:

Heads up! That crack on the right side of the track near the end of the green area? It's actually missing in this version of DK Mountain, so don't waste time looking for it.
For Time Trials specifically, remember to use that Mushroom at the start, just like we talked about.
