Part 50

At the beginning, after escaping the black-suit, you'll pass through a room from the Prologue. A painkiller can be found in a closet near the door, but be quick as the black-suit is pursuing you.

In the garage, a black van with its back door open contains weapon ammo.

After clearing the thugs at the start of the level, go behind the bar counter and through a door to a room containing weapons and goodies. You will also find the Striker weapon here. Alternatively, you can enter this room by jumping over boxes on the left and using the back door.

On the first floor, proceed to the other end of the room and through the double doors on the right. After dealing with the two thugs coming through, check the far left side of this second room for M4 Carbine and Striker ammo behind a large box.

After meeting the bum, cross a balcony into a joint-building. Head to the back of the top floor to find a painkiller and some Shotguns amidst a fight between Vinnie Gognitti's and Vladimir Lem's thugs.

After using a metal platform to cross between buildings, head to the top floor. Eliminate the thugs watching TV and check the bathroom for four painkillers.

After encountering Vinnie Gognitti's men, proceed to the top level of the building to find Striker ammo at the back.

Before the level's final door, on a large road with enemies, ignore the green gate and proceed to the end. Where the roads are blocked by a burning fence, turn left. Shoot the two explosive barrels below the DELI shop signboard to open the shop doors and collect ammo inside.

At the start, follow Vinnie Gognitti into a small room. Go through the door on the right to collect M4 Carbine ammo. Drop the stack of boxes to find painkillers and grenades.

Near the elevator Vinnie Gognitti uses, go through the double doors. Inside, find painkillers and grenades in a box on top of a shelf. Shoot the box to make it fall or jump to collect the items.

Examine the small bar near the TV to find a cabinet containing painkillers.
