Unlock all the hidden achievements in MOUSE: P.I. This guide covers the 'Miscellaneous Achievements' section, helping you get those tricky unlocks.
Miscellaneous Achievements Guide
Alright, so you're looking to snag every last achievement in MOUSE: P.I., huh? That's the spirit! Some of these are tied to the main story, but others are a bit more... out there. This section is for those oddball achievements that don't quite fit anywhere else. Let's dive in!
The Demon (Plush) Achievements
This one's a bit of a throwback, as it relates to the 'Evil Mode' which has since been removed. If you ever played when it was active, you might have earned this. To start Evil Mode, you'd need a Code Breacher from the Dead-Drop Shop or a room ahead. Then, head to the Submarine Dock and find a locked door. Open it, and you'd find a button and another locked door. Pressing the button opened the second door, revealing a plush. Interacting with it would equip it, starting Evil Mode.
The plush, known as 'The Demon', had to be held at all times. If you didn't hold it for too long, it would give you three warnings:
- The plush needs attention...
- The plush wants attention...
- The plush demands attention...
After the final warning, you'd be vaporized! You could pet the plush to make your time in lockers safer, though. In older versions, if the plush wasn't held, it would only kill the player who last held it, not everyone. This was patched out.
Landmine Variants
Evil Mode also introduced new landmine variants. Keep an eye out for:
- Blue: Freezes you.
- Green: Does no damage but flings you much further and causes longer ragdoll effects.
- Purple: Deals 40 poison damage over time.
These were significantly more common in Evil Mode, so watch your step!
Other Notes
Remember, the 'Evil Mode' was a secret hard mode that was removed from the game due to player complaints in early October of 2025. So, if you're playing now, you won't be able to access it or its associated achievements. But hey, it's good to know the lore!
