World Map Exploration: Northern Autmnia

Alright, let’s get you set up for exploring Northern Autumnia! First things first, we need to head back to Hamelin. Make your way to the palace and chat with Marcassin. He’ll point you toward someone who can help, so use the magic circle nearby to zip back to the entrance. You’ll have another cutscene, this time with a spirit. Use your ‘Spirit Medium’ ability to chat with her – she’ll let you know where we need to go next and, even better, she’ll give you the [WINGS OF XANADU]! Pretty cool, right?

Before we jet off, there’s one last little thing to grab in Hamelin. Head over to the black market and find William Abel, the guy who helped you with armor earlier. He’s super grateful that you cleaned things up, and as a thank you, he’ll give you [THE TENTH TALE] of Wonder for your Wizard’s Companion. Score!

Now, it’s time to hit the road – or rather, the sky! Summon Tengri and head north of Hamelin. You’ll find a new part of Autumnia that we haven’t seen yet. It’s clearly marked on your map, so just have Tengri drop you off right in front of the city.

But hold up! Before we dive into the city itself, we’ve got a few treasures to snag, just like in the other regions. Keep your eyes peeled:

1. Just south of Perdida, you’ll spot a forage point. Check it out for a [POWERSTONE].
2. Keep following the path down the mountain. When it turns west, look north for another forage point. This one’s got [SOUR GRAPES].
3. Pushing further west, keep an eye out for another treasure. When the path winds north, then west, check the woods to your west before it turns north again. You’re looking for a [BEETLE HORN]. If you’re having trouble spotting it, the ‘Seek Fortune’ spell should help!
4. Alright, hop back on Tengri and head northwest of Perdida. You’ll see a small plateau with some forests. (If you’re looking at your map, there’s a tiny path east from the western beach on the island that turns south and follows a spiraling route up the mountain.) Check along the cliff behind the stone to the north here. Tucked away, you’ll find a pouch of [PHOENIX BREATH].
5. Just south of that stone, there’s another forage point. Give it a go, and you might find one of these: [SUN CRYSTAL or STAR CRYSTAL or MOON CRYSTAL or PLANET CRYSTAL].

Once you’ve scooped up all that loot, hop back on Tengri or use Travel to head back to Perdida and go on inside!
