In an adjacent room, find a [POCKET SECRETARY] on a lab cart. The last room requires you to take out two guards. If you have the Reflex Booster, a double takedown is efficient. Otherwise, wait for their conversation to end, save your game, take down the guard near the wall, and then quietly sneak to take out the other guard. If the second guard becomes alarmed, quickly perform a takedown before they go hostile.

In a desk drawer, find [3x COMBAT RIFLE AMMO]. In another drawer, locate [2x STUN GUN DARTS] and [3x TRANQUILIZER DARTS].

Head up the stairs to the second level of Tai Yong Medical. The balcony to the south connects to two rooms.

The first room has a LVL3 PC. The second room holds [3x STUN GUN DARTS] and a [PRAXIS KIT] in its desk drawers. Hacking the PC will temporarily cause scientists to become distressed; it's better to open it from the hall.

The main area of the second floor contains [5x COMBAT RIFLE AMMO].

Continue through the double doors and head upstairs at the end of the hallway to reach the third floor.

Climb the small steps and hack the LVL2 panel on your right, which leads to a server room.

Search the drawer for [100 CREDITS]. The PC contains background information.

The other two rooms contain [20 + 25 CREDITS] in their drawers, along with a LVL3 PC and an unlocked PC. Hacking the LVL3 PC may temporarily alarm guards.

The guard near the camera triggers a cutscene (cutscene). Pheromones from the Social Enhancer (Social Enhancer) provide additional information.

Head right, down the steps, and deactivate the laser grid (LVL1) when the guard on the other side is not present. Take down this guard as they move away, using the cover (press the cover button to crouch behind walls or objects) position behind the panel for guaranteed success.

Go down the hall and peek around the corner. A heavy grunt and a regular guard are patrolling. When the grunt moves away, quickly rush and take out the normal guard, then do the same for the grunt.

An open room at the end of the hall contains a [CYBERBOOST PROENERGY BAR].

The vent leads to a room with two security guards. To the left of the vent is a breakable wall. Destroy it with an augmentation or a silenced weapon and climb the ladder to find [5x CROSSBOW ARROWS], [5x TRANQUILIZER DARTS], and a [CYBERBOOST PROENERGY JAR] in a wooden box.

Use the vent to access the Data Core Room, but first, explore the adjacent room.

The room adjacent to the one with the two security guards contains [5x 10MM PISTOL AMMO]. Lockers hold [4x REVOLVER AMMO], [75 CREDITS], and [5x MACHINE PISTOL AMMO].

Wait for the guards to finish their conversation or perform a multiple takedown if you have the Reflex Booster. Take them out one by one. An Ebook (Synthetic Thought: The Human AI) is on the desk, and the unlocked PC has a login.

Desk drawers in this room contain [60 CREDITS], [10x MACHINE PISTOL AMMO], and a LVL 1 PC. Hacking this PC (password: muonrule) allows you to turn off two nearby cameras and open doors.

This allows you to take out the guard who previously denied you access. They drop a [POCKET SECRETARY] with a keycode.

The Data Core Room can be accessed via a LVL4 door, the main entrance, or the ventilation shaft behind the breakable wall.

If using the main entrance, jump onto the large server to the right (with Jump Enhancement) to reach the same spot as the vent. Alternatively, move left of the box and hide behind the next one.

You will reach the second part of the laser beam challenge. Look to the right for a red screen to hide behind safely.

The lowest laser beam closing off a nearby room is not functioning; head underneath it. A metal crate can be used as a hiding place to reach the [POCKET SECRETARY] at the far end, but it can only be moved when the beams are away. The login code on the pocket secretary is RKUMAR/outback. Alternatively, rushing to the small cabinet works. Lockers here contain [10x MACHINE PISTOL AMMO].

The ventilation system leads into a room with three security guards, all easily taken down. Two guards close together allow for a multiple takedown, or perform two swift single takedowns.

A LVL 2 PC allows you to shut down the camera at the far end of the Data Core Room. The desk drawer contains [125 CREDITS].

Find [4x MACHINE PISTOL AMMO] in a locker. The weapon cabinet contains a [GAS GRENADE] and [3x COMBAT RIFLE].

Open the door and study the laser beam pattern. Rush after the beams as they move away and crouch behind the server in the middle of the room. Using the Cloak Stealth augmentation is highly suggested for this and for going through the optional door on the other side.

This room contains a [TYPHOON AMMO], [5x REVOLVER AMMO], and a [POCKET SECRETARY].
