Alright, so you've stumbled upon G Razav and his brother J in the Resistance hideout near Karon. Now, G Razav is a bit of a unique case. He and his brother J are a package deal – you can't recruit one without the other. G Razav shows up around level 20, which is a bit lower than where you'll likely be when you find him (around level 40). Because of this, his raw stats aren't the best right out of the gate, but he's got some decent gear that helps him out.

His equipment includes the Seed sw, which can sometimes freeze enemies, and the Stf gubo, which can occasionally confuse them. Defensively, he's pretty well-kitted out with gear like the Good sh and Bib, which are actually good enough that you might consider using them on Chezni or Midia for the final boss. However, his low level, base stats, and lack of spirits do hold him back quite a bit.

So, why bother recruiting the Razav brothers? Well, there are three main reasons. First, if you don't recruit them, they won't show up in the ending. Second, the powerful J Razav is a major draw. And third, which we'll get to in a bit, is related to G Razav himself.
