During gameplay, you'll see various medical tools represented visually on screen, such as defibrillators, stethoscopes, or syringes. These are purely cosmetic and thematic elements that enhance the immersive experience of being a rhythm doctor. They do not function as actual items you can equip or use to alter gameplay mechanics. For example, when you successfully hit a beat, a defibrillator might visually 'shock' the patient, or a syringe might 'inject' medicine. These visuals are tied directly to your rhythm input and the patient's condition.

While they don't have a direct impact on your ability to hit beats, they contribute significantly to the game's charm and narrative.
