    Ring the bell with the Cobalt Hammer to open the entrance.

    Take the whirlpool to the puzzle area.

    First Puzzle:
    1. Climb onto dry land on the left.

    Hop across platforms to the right side.

    Activate the button on the ground to raise a pillar emitting a laser.

    The laser will shoot left. Use the Mistral Bracelet to turn the mirror on the left so it faces north.
  • Second Puzzle:
    1. The laser reflects onto the final pillar, opening the way to the second tier.
    2. Turn the mirror on the left side until it faces east. This will hit the pillar to the northwest, causing a platform to appear, allowing you to cross to the right.
    3. On the right side, change the mirror's orientation to face south.
    4. Head back to the left side and change the mirror's position to allow the laser to hit the mirror on the right.
    5. This deflects the laser to hit the pillar to the south, causing a grapple point to appear.
    6. Use the grapple point to return to the right side (the platform will have despawned).
    7. Change the mirror's position to point east, reflecting the laser to hit the northern pillar.
    8. A laser will appear on the third tier. Climb the nearby wall to reach it.
  • Third Puzzle:
    1. Hop to the left to find several mirrors.
    2. Reposition the mirrors as follows:
      • Northernmost mirror: Face south.
      • West side mirror: Face east.
      • East side mirror: Face west.
      • Southern mirror: Face north.
    3. This setup will make the laser hit the pillar.
  • Reach the top of the ruins and cross to the other side.
  • Hit the button to move the pedestal with the Docarri Seal Fragment B away from the waterfall.
